The Sandy 225 Fund: Helping LGBTQ+ Youth Thrive for years to come
The Sandy 225 Fund was created to honor the legacy of Thrive Youth Center's Founder and Executive Director, Sandra Whitley. Sandy founded Thrive Youth Center on February 25, 2015, working tirelessly to create a safe and supportive center for homeless LGBTQ+ youth, so that they could become productive, skilled, educated, and successful adults with the opportunity to achieve their dreams and truly Thrive. This fund will allow young adults to apply for financial assistance to directly support their educational and career goals, and allow flexibility that other resources may not be able to provide.
